With over a decade of experience in the Powerlifting, Bodybuilding, and broader fitness space, Georgina brings both knowledge and real-world expertise to every client she works with. Holding a Certificate III & IV in Fitness and currently advancing her education through Pre and Postnatal exercise certification, she is deeply committed to supporting women through every stage of their fitness journey.
Dedicated to leading by example, she continues to invest in her own growth as an athlete and a coach. To remind herself, and others, that they are capable of many things no matter their circumstance. She is currently preparing for her debut appearance on the IFBB stage in the Wellness division, demonstrating her commitment to discipline, progression, and excellence within the industry.
Georgina’s approach goes far beyond just training programs. She focuses on helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in the gym and in their own bodies. She has guided countless clients to build not only physical strength but also a positive, empowered mindset around fitness and self-image.
Passionate about sustainable health, she also equips women with practical tools and knowledge to make confident food choices and offers guidance on nutrition that properly fuels her clients bodies. By combining effective science-based training methods with realistic nutrition guidance, she helps clients develop habits that support long-term success.
